Olga Abinader, Director of Environmental Review and Land Use Planning, (Matrix) recently joined the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ: The Art of Being a Modern Latina event as a panelist. This is an annual event that covers varied topics such as diversity in the workplace and leadership. The renowned New Jersey State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest in the state, hosted this event. The moderator was CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Bella Magazine, Vanessa Coppes. The panel discussion focused on strategies for modern Latina woman to be successful in various industries. Abinader and her fellow panelists discussed diversity in the workplace, their journeys in their respective fields, and what it takes for a modern Latina to succeed and thrive in various industries.
