Shana Siegel, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., and Chair of its Elder Care and Special Needs Law Practice Group, along with Lori Kayne, the firm’s Geriatric Social Worker, will present “Solo Seniors: Who Are They? How and Why Are Their Legal Needs Different?” on Thursday, May 14, 3:00 – 4:15 p.m., for the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) 2020 Annual Meeting. “We’re honored that we have been invited to talk about this important subject which we are so passionate about and is critical for all attorneys to be made aware of, especially during these unprecedented times,” said Siegel. Kayne added, “We are dedicated to advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves to make sure their wishes are honored and that they are protected from exploitation. We are truly appreciative of the NJSBA to allow us this opportunity to educate others who can also be advocates for this vulnerable group.” About the NJSBA Elder and Disability Law Program
