NJWMA is pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2021, Tracy Brito Denora will become Executive Director of the New Jersey Warehousemen & Movers Association (NJWMA). This is another milestone for NJWMA because Tracy will become the first women to lead the Association as Executive Director. Tracy has worked in the moving industry all her life since she grew up in her family’s moving company, learning the business from the bottom up to sales, and then into the office. After college, she tested the waters at other career choices but decided to return to the moving and storage industry in 2003. Bob Russo, our current Executive Director, had recommended Tracy to the Strategic Planning committee last year to be his successor when he was ready to leave because he felt she was professionally qualified. Bob is not retiring; he just wants to spend more time with his growing family and still be able to continue teaching specialized classes on packing, loading and best practices. His new position at NJWMA will be Legislative & Training Director. Our Board of Directors has put their full support behind Tracy, that she will be a great Executive Director. NJWMA has grown to be a well-respected industry trade association over the years because we focus on bringing value to our members by offering training and other valuable programs. Movers learn more about their industry when they participate in the events and training that are offered.
