Since joining NAI James E. Hanson in 2013, Todd has earned a reputation for delivering trusted service backed by superior local market knowledge to many of the nation’s leading institutional real estate investors and dozens of local and national businesses. Working closely on a team with industry veteran Scott Perkins, SIOR, CCIM, and recent addition, William Ericksen, CCIM, Todd has helped complete over 60 transactions with institutional clients valued at nearly $400 million since 2017.
