NEWARK, NJ -- Meyner and Landis LLP has named David B. Grantz Managing Partner of the Firm. He succeeds William J. Fiore who served in that role since 2007. Grantz joined Meyner and Landis as an associate in 1997 and has been an integral part of the Firm for decades, rising steadily through its ranks. He has contributed to the growth and success of the Firm for more than 26 years. As a member of the Banking Group, he appears regularly in New Jersey and New York state, federal and bankruptcy courts, representing financial institutions, commercial lenders, and private lenders. As an experienced commercial litigator, Grantz handles complex commercial litigation cases from commencement through mediation, arbitration, or trial and/or settlement and appeal. “I am very pleased to serve as Managing Partner as we celebrate 60 years providing legal advice and counsel to the banking and business community.
