CIANJ

Established in 1927, the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) has approximately 850 members, from Fortune 500 companies like Hertz Corporation, BP, Goya Foods, Ingersoll-Rand, Continental Airlines, PSE&G, Marcal Paper, Sharp, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, and Sony, to emerging companies and sole proprietorships representing all areas of business and industry. The organization is the leader in free enterprise advocacy for the purpose of providing, through education, legislative vigilance and membership interaction, an economic climate that enhances business potential and makes New Jersey a better state in which to live, work and conduct business. The CIANJ board of directors is comprised of high-level corporate executives and successful small business entrepreneurs located throughout northern New Jersey. The CIANJ staff consists of 14 association professionals with many years of experience.
